Pierre Peters Champagne blanc de Blanc

Since 1919, the Pierre Peters family, in the heart of the "Côte des Blancs" in the village of Le Mesnil sur Oger (FR), has been producing superb Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Champagne.

L'Esprit de 2015 is a white sparkling wine and a great shift to freshness from the slightly "Oxy" style of the past. The line and length are excellent and the chalky acidity brings out the fruit flavours even more deeply.

Champagne Blanc De Blancs is the product of sustainable winemaking practices and careful vinification. Natural sediment may appear in the bottle, but this does not affect the quality of this craft wine. Ideally, let the wine rest for about three months after purchase, this will allow the full expression of the delicate aroma that is hidden in the wine.

Do not serve too chilled.
