Paul-Etienne Saint-Germaine

This champagne is a blend of three quarters of Pinot Noir and one quarter of Chardonnay. The name Charme is very fitting. The golden champagne creates a delicate line of bubbles. However, the taste is very opulent. The Pinot Noir dominates with its richness and is reminiscent of red fruits or peaches. Very the long finish then brings in citrus and floral notes that will simply make you want to drink it all day long.
