Guy Charbaut Blanc de Noirs

Blanc de Noirs is a luxury champagne wine that is made from 100% Pinot Noir from selected "Premier Cru" vineyards. The sugar content is around 3g/litre. The champagne ages for 5 years in the cellar. The wine is always vintage and produced in limited quantities.

The distinct and charming aroma reveals the aroma of candied fruit (tangerine, orange), dried apricots, and marzipan and the whole is covered by notes of vanilla.

Champagne is rich in taste with beautiful freshness. The taste is full and rich, very fruity and a hint of pleasant acidity awakens the taste buds from the first sip. The finish is long and full, the aromas leave a pleasant gourmet feeling in the mouth. Champagne with a very low sugar content reveals the finesse and expression of Pinot Noir.
