Green olive tapenade

Traditional Provençal tapenade is made from 70% green olives and only the best raw ones (capers, olive oil, anchovies...)

Tapenade is spread on toasted bread, savoury cakes and aperitif pastries. You can also use it in cooking, for example with fish, in vegetarian and summer delicious dishes.

Ingredients: olives 70%, capers, almonds, olive oil, anchovies 0.5%, garlic, salt and pepper.
