Lemon Mojito

World Champion 2015.

This marmalade is a titled champion. In 2015, it won 1st place in the world marmalade championship in Great Britain, and even the Queen of Great Britain treats herself to it for breakfast. A marmalade inspired by a Cuban mixed drink is made with fresh lemons from Amalfi or Menton, Cuban rum and fresh mint.

How do you best enjoy Lemon Mojito marmalade? On a toasted baguette with butter, with cheese, in cakes and on pancakes with honey.

Composition:

Under the lid of one glass of marmalade you will find 1 kg of fresh lemons, Havana rum, fresh mint from the garden and sugar.

Storage:

Store away from direct sunlight up to 25°C. After opening, store at 5°C and use within 14 days.
