Degrenne
It was only 1948 and Guy Degrenne was already working with recycled material. The first Degrenne cutlery was made from recycled armoured tanks from the 1944 Battle of Normandy. Guy Degrenne thus made fine dining possible for a large crowd for whom Art de la table in silver was unavailable.
Over the years, Degrenne added new porcelain, ceramic and stoneware pieces to his catalogue, as well as glass objects. Inspired by French gastronomy and the finely honed techniques of the country's greatest chefs, these collections are also appreciated by professionals around the world.
Today, you'll find Degrenne in retail and hospitality around the world. Degrenne owns 3 factories, proudly located in Vire, Normandy, Limoges in southwest France and Alfold, Hungary.
