Jam & Chutney Šafránka is a family manufactory founded in 2014 with its headquarters in Prague and a production manufactory in the romantic countryside of Posázaví.

He lovingly produces fruit organic extra jams from Czech fruit, marmalades and chutneys. All by hand, without chemicals and added pectin and with a very small amount of sugar, all with respect to tradition and Czech gastronomy.

Only the highest quality and cooking with love guarantee the best taste. They cook seasonal fruit that they get from Czech growers from the nearest locality.

One glass of extra jam 270 g contains 450 g of fresh fruit. They are cooked in small batches in copper bowls and taste best just on a spoon or on fresh bread with butter.
