Skultuna

An ancient legacy...

Skultuna was founded in 1607 by King Charles IX of Sweden.

For over 400 years Skultuna has been producing brass and silver objects of the highest quality, both for everyday use and for special occasions. Still with the same sense of quality, functionality and design.

Throughout its modern existence, Skultuna has worked with only the best, world-renowned designers. One of the first was Carl Hjalmar Norrström, already one of the most renowned designers at the time and winning numerous awards for his creations. For his design of the baptismal font, Carl was awarded the golden mediaily at the Expo in Paris in 1900. The baptismal font is on display today in the Skultun Museum. Other designers included silversmith Pierre Forselle, known for his strictly Scandinavian designs. In the 1980s, Sigvard Bernadotte designed a collection for the dining table. Today, several resident designers work for Skultuna, while it is refreshing to let limited edition designers into the world of Skultuna.

All the products are made to last for ages with quality that will guarantee sustainable beauty for generations despite frequent use.
