.... "unexpected" story...
Dimitri's calendar was always packed. This lover of contemporary art and producer of animated series has always accepted invitations to parties, which in this business you just have to attend, with the fear of drinking poor quality wine or over-sweetened lemonade. And it was at one such party that he realized he wanted to find a drink that would satisfy his taste buds and not make his head spin. And since he couldn't find one, he decided to make one himself.
He tried every possible combination, until one day in November 2017, when all the ingredients were sweetened, and a miraculously satisfying mix was created!
Gimber means the perfect mix of premium ginger, cane sugar, lemon, herbs and spices.
Dimitri initially made one bottle of the drink a week, but very soon friends started to persuade and beg him to make one or two bottles for them as well. They started to come, some driving 50 km just to taste the drink that Dimitri named GIMBER.
Behind the production of this drink, of course, is great diligence and the desire to create something special. But it wasn't always all sunshine. The positive attitude of the whole team that gradually emerged gave GIMBER a nice energy and the brand was launched to the world.
