The Haoto vase was created in collaboration between the Květná 1794 glassworks and Japanese architect Kengo Kuma.
The collection is defined by its clean cylindrical shape and a distinctive detail – a delicate imprint of leaf veins on the base of each piece. Every carafe carries its own unique pattern, making each one truly individual. This natural detail comes to life through the play of light, transforming everyday use into a quiet, contemplative experience.
The name Haoto, which in Japanese evokes the sound of leaves, reflects a philosophy of calm, harmony, and connection to nature. The collection combines the subtle beauty of hand-blown, thin-walled glass with a timeless design that seamlessly fits into everyday life.
Each piece is handcrafted and therefore unique. Minor variations, such as small bubbles or slight surface irregularities, are a natural proof of authentic craftsmanship.
